Kona Kai Resort is committed to making our website as accessible as possible to people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. We have invested a large amount of resources working towards improving the accessibility of our website to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.

To help us make the Kona Kai Resort website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

Hotel Accessibility

Kona Kai Resort does not have any ADA compliant rooms.
The lobby is not wheelchair accessible, but check-in can be completed without accessing the lobby (per request).
The beach and garden areas are not wheelchair accessible.
There is no designated handicapped parking spot on property.
